Drilled all of the rudder stiffener holes and the rudder skin to to #40. Removed the stiffeners and dimpled.
Devinyled the rudder skin and dimpled the holes for the stifffeners.
Have to finish deburring the stiffeners, scotchbriting, cleaning and priming, along with the rudder skin in preparation for back riveting the stiffeners.
